Goal: Curvy and Toned


This is my new journey to becoming toned while still staying my curvy self. I am at the very beginning and I can already tell it is not going to be an easy one. I have battled my weight for a long time and cannot seem to get it off and keep it off. So I decided to make a Tumblr to help inspire me to reach my goal and keep it. As of right now I am more concerned with losing inches over losing pounds for I have always been a solid girl.

Currently I am -
Age: 20 years old

H: 65 inches /165 centimeters

W: 163lbs /73.9 kg (23 Jan 12)

School is going to be tricky-tricky with my diet. Trying to get 2L of water in without needing to pee every 20min…. andddd actually getting enough meals/snacks in the day. Sighh. Not looking forward to it. It’s going to suck so much energy out of me.

These are good tips for work too. Being that I work in an office, its sometimes hard to stop and remember to eat those small snacks in between your meals and get all the water you need. I will stick my water bottle right  infront of my computer so I see it and remember to drink it.
