Goal: Curvy and Toned


This is my new journey to becoming toned while still staying my curvy self. I am at the very beginning and I can already tell it is not going to be an easy one. I have battled my weight for a long time and cannot seem to get it off and keep it off. So I decided to make a Tumblr to help inspire me to reach my goal and keep it. As of right now I am more concerned with losing inches over losing pounds for I have always been a solid girl.

Currently I am -

H: 65 inches /165 centimeters

W: 163lbs /73.9 kg (23 Jan 12)

Day 3

I am so sore its insane! I never knew that when your abs hurt that it effects your running. It was quite painful but I was able to push through. I ran about 1.15 miles and walked about 0.10 miles in 16 mins.

After that I did some squats on the bosu ball, decline bench press (3 sets of 10 with 50 lbs as the total weight), did this leaning over thing and pulling up a bar that was 35 lbs, 7 push ups for my push up challenge and lunges. OUCH!!!

Going back tomorrow. Good news is that in 2 weeks Ive lost about 4 pounds. I am officially under 170. Makes me oh so happy!! So happy I dont feel guilty for eating a bit unhealthy tonight. Ill burn it off tomorrow. =D
