My run/walk killed my legs yesterday. Time to do some weight lifting today. =D
Day 3
I am so sore its insane! I never knew that when your abs hurt that it effects your running. It was quite painful but I was able to push through. I ran about 1.15 miles and walked about 0.10 miles in 16 mins.
After that I did some squats on the bosu ball, decline bench press (3 sets of 10 with 50 lbs as the total weight), did this leaning over thing and pulling up a bar that was 35 lbs, 7 push ups for my push up challenge and lunges. OUCH!!!
Going back tomorrow. Good news is that in 2 weeks Ive lost about 4 pounds. I am officially under 170. Makes me oh so happy!! So happy I dont feel guilty for eating a bit unhealthy tonight. Ill burn it off tomorrow. =D
